The Cost of Each Service is Based on Travel time & Travel Expenses
 

Basic Notary Services for General Public --- Flat $25.00 Fee if Within a 10 Mile Radius of my address of 3901 English Oak Circle. For each additional mile over 10 miles add $.50 per mile to the flat fee charge of $25.00. Example: 10.01 to 11 miles would be $.50 plus $25.00 for a total of $25.50.  Payment must be made via cash or certified check.
 

Hospitals - Within 30 Mile Radius Add an additional $20.00

Nursing Homes - Within 30 mile Radius Add an additional 20.00

Correctional Institutions- Within 30 Mile Radius Add an additional $30.00

To expedite the signing of any document, Clients/Borrowers will need:

1. Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:

Kentucky Driver's License
Kentucky Identification Card
US Passport
US Military ID Card
Other State Driver's License
Other State Identification card

2. Any required lender stipulations for signing, (example: W-2, Pay stub).

3. Closing cost check if applicable, (check with Lender or Escrow Co.).

4. Have lender's phone number handy in case you have questions during the
